3-week course – learn 6 amazing dishes building up your skills, techniques and understanding. Cook 2 dishes each week and build on your knowledge and palate. Ideal for beginners upwards

6-week course – 12 mouthwatering dishes with a bespoke service and menu to build your knowledge from basic to an advanced. We get to know you through your course and personalise the menu, the flavours and classes to you. Cook 2 dishes per session and enjoy a regular freshly made meal to take home every week.

Steadily build your confidence and understanding of cooking perfectly balanced Indian food. Our courses are ideal for anyone, whether you are a new cook wanting to enter into the kitchen or a passionate/professional cook looking to add to their culinary skills.

We design bespoke menus to ensure we maximise every minute we are with you. Our focus is to teach you a multitude of dishes that build on the skills of the previous session.

We start with a 20-minute phone consultation to understand your palate and skills, we then email over a menu designed specifically with you in mind.

Each course is divided into weekly or monthly sessions, you will be expertly supervised in each of your masterclass sessions to cook two dishes from scratch.

    I would really like to take the opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing course. From watching you start up last year and following you on social media, I knew you were going to be good! The whole experience from our first conversation, when you were exploring my palette, to the last piece of hot naan dipped in the most gorgeous curry, has been a real pleasure.

    I can honestly say, I have loved every moment of our 6 lessons, your passion and enthusiasm has made it so easy to pick up the art of using spices and the many different ways of creating fantastic food. I cannot recommend you strongly enough to anyone wishing to learn how to make delicious authentic Bengali curries. It has genuinely changed my life forever! I wish you all the success you deserve.

    I was often led to believe that cooking Indian & Bangladeshi dishes required a tremendous amount of preparation and ingredients to make the one dish ( which would lead to an abundance of spice going off in the back of your cupboard)but I was mistaken. Habiba showed me how to make some of my favourite dishes that require little spicing to get the perfect result.

    Habiba was very organised in her approach to the six week course, and always communicated well to tell me what I needed for the next session and what I will be doing. During the sessions, I felt confident enough to try past dishes that Habiba had taught me how to make.

    I would recommend Habiba’s six week course to anyone who wished to gain a new perspective on Indian & Bangladeshi dishes, and it will open a whole new world of dishes to try.
