You give us three sessions, whether that is once a week or once a month that’s up to you. We will be here, ready with a personalised menu for you, your palate, lifestyle and family! Indian food has always been ahead of the game with flavour when it comes to cooking without the use of any kind of meat whatsoever.
Our classes are 100% practical, we send you a short ingredient list each session. You do all the cooking, you get a certificate to say you are now equipped with the spice know how to create your very own menu combinations at home. Luxury classes are always booked in according to your availability and the more we get to know you the better our teaching just for you is! Our course might start with a handshake but by the end of your 3 sessions it always ends with a friendly hug.
We start with a 20-minute phone consultation to understand your palate and skills, we then email over a menu designed specifically with you in mind. You are given a basic ingredient list for each session and are encouraged to bring your own tupperware to help reuse and recycle plastic.
This course is ideal for beginners upwards and makes an ideal gift for food enthusiasts or anyone looking to increase their cooking options. Each session duration is dependant on what you are cooking, but an approximation is 2.5 hours.
